Path's two tiers, Portfolio and Career

The record you keep for yourself in Path stays free, and the features that involve another person or AI will form a paid tier.

The free tier is called Portfolio. The paid tier, Career, will add AI Assist, mentoring, peer observation, and development planning. Neither tier exists yet, nothing is priced, and everything stays free through the alpha and beta. If your feedback leads to a change in Path, you'll get Career free for a year after it launches.
