Making Path an accessible CPD portfolio

Most of the engineering for WCAG 2.2 AA is done, and the work left before Path can claim conformance is testing that only a person can do.

Contrast, keyboard use, focus, forms, announcements, and the Word export have all been reworked, and automated accessibility checks run on every change before it goes live. A screen reader walkthrough, a zoom and reflow check, and a published accessibility statement are still to come.
