Mentoring for CPD in Path

Most mentoring relationships that fail do so between sessions, when meetings drift, agreed actions are forgotten, and nobody notices until the year is over.

Path now supports mentoring for CPD, with three views. The mentee prepares, chooses what to share, and links the work that follows back to the session it came from; the mentor records sessions, confirms them, and keeps private notes; the programme lead sets out the sessions and sees whether pairs are meeting, never what they discuss. Mentoring is part of the Career tier, which every alpha account has for now.
